Oat lower the risk of colon detect cancer
POLA diet containing dish of oatmeal believed to affect the
health of the body in the long run.
Researchers at Imperial College London, Britain found,

colorectal cancer.
A study published in the British Medical Journal found that
respondents who ate 90 grams of oats in the daily diet can reduce the risk of
colon cancer by 20 percent compared to patients who did not.

Earlier, previous studies have found that content of soluble
fibre in oatmeal can lower cholesterol in the body by helping to reduce the
absorption of cholesterol which is one cause of heart disease and stroke.
